A service of Teaching Design Studio
Institutional Content and Systems
Every institution does valuable work that goes undocumented, scattered or hard to explain. Teaching Design Studio helps colleges describe what they actually do, organize the evidence behind it, and build simple systems that keep records current, so documentation supports improvement and not only inspection.
What we offer
Documentation, narrative and evidence systems.
Policies, Handbooks and Manuals
Development of clear academic, student-support, quality and ethics policies; student and faculty handbooks; IQAC manuals; and codes of conduct.
Institutional Narrative
Vision and mission statements, institutional profiles, descriptive responses for accreditation and quality reviews, best-practice write-ups, annual reports and newsletters, developed from the institution's own practices and verified information.
Digital Evidence Systems
Forms, folder structures, templates and simple workflows that capture events, feedback and records as they happen. The institution retains ownership of its storage and data. TDS designs the system, supports coordinator training and provides handover.
Feedback Drives
Student, alumni and employer feedback processes, designed with the institution's team and summarized in a clear report so institutions can hear and review real responses.
Website and Brand Identity
Website content, mottos, taglines and brand voice. Logo design can be coordinated through a professional design partner.
Communication and Soft Skills Content
Curriculum modules, practice material and placement-readiness content for colleges and training programmes.
Optional Ongoing Review — periodic remote review of the records and systems after handover may be arranged separately.
How we work
Principles behind every engagement.
Real practice, real evidence
We document what an institution actually does; we do not create records for activities that did not happen.
Light on teachers
Systems are designed so that documentation does not become an unnecessary additional burden on teaching staff.
Your data stays yours
Institutions retain their own storage, accounts and records.
Clear scope
Deliverables, timelines and revision limits are agreed before work begins.
How an engagement runs
From conversation to handover.
- 01
Conversation
We learn about the institution, its current context and its goals.
- 02
Review
We examine existing material and identify what is documented, what is present but not documented, and what is missing.
- 03
Draft and build
Documents and systems are developed in agreed stages.
- 04
Review and handover
The institution reviews the work, revisions are completed within the agreed scope, and the internal coordinator is guided through the system.
- 05
Optional support
Periodic remote review may be arranged after handover.
Work is project-based and can be carried out remotely, subject to the requirements of the engagement.
Who this is for
New and upcoming colleges building their institutional foundations; established colleges preparing for accreditation or quality review; autonomous and affiliated institutions; and trusts that manage more than one institution.
A note on accreditation
TDS helps institutions prepare and present their actual work clearly. Accreditation decisions rest with the relevant bodies. TDS does not promise accreditation grades or outcomes.
